AIR EXTRACTION AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS FOR ENERGY CONSUMPTION REDUCTION

The automatic extraction systems produced, since many years, by OMNIATEX Srl allow the automatic suction of air from ducts coming from production machine or line ovens, regulating, in real time and depending from the working condition of the production shop, the quantity of air that has to be extracted to have the minimum quantity respecting the safety and production requirements.

The system commands one or more fans, adjusting in continuous the speed to respect the minimum quantity of air needed by the production in that moment.

The software ruling the system take in consideration the most important figures involved in both working and safety involved in air extraction. Continuous control is in progress on temperature, flow, degree of vacuum and LEL of the air stream.

Several system have been installed from one duct with only one extraction fan up to systems with continuous changing of flow coming from fourteen ducts sucked by means of a fan station composed by four fan with a total power of 880 Kw.

OMNIATEX Srl automatic suction systems are indicated in manufacturing shops with high air flow variation, due to the several different kinds of production made in the same moment.  Such productions are the printing of flexible packaging, the food ovens with different production, synthetic lather production and the printing of magazines and newspapers.

The OMNIATEX Srl systems allow, with the most stringent safety, to minimize at maximum value the quantity of extracted air with any production need, optimizing the fluctuations and reducing the energy cost involved by the extraction.

Automatic suction system from eight ovens of two machines for a total flow of 120.000 m3/h with two automatic inverter driven fans for a total of 232 Kw with recording of working data. Two ducts with final diameter of 1, 5 m with automatic by-pass for emergency stop. Automatic air suction from each exhaust with continuous measuring of flow, temperature, concentration and vacuum. Movement of flow from atmosphere to machine ovens without any vacuum change in the ovens of the machine.
