OMNIATEX IMPIANTI CHIMICI
SRL has been established in 1974 and has always been working
in the field of Engineering, manufacturing, erection, start-up and Commissioning
of advanced technology chemical plants, mainly specialized in environmental
air pollution control systems and solvent recovery plants.
Final destination of the plants manufactured by OMNIATEX
are mechanical shops, synthetic leather production, rotogravure printing
of magazines, printing of flexible packaging for foodstuffs, production
of special papers, rubber belts and conveyors, adhesives films and tapes,
automotive parts and distilleries for drinking spirit.
The Company has an asset of
387.000,00 Euro-, and during
the past years has progressed to reach a position of
unquestionable leadership
in Europe in the design and
construction of chemical systems for the above
mentioned
purposes. Chairman of the
Society is Mr. IVANO LAZZARI,
which
is also Head of the Technical Department.
In 1988 OMNIATEX
has been enrolled in Albo Nazionale Costruttori (code number 7896301),
the Italian State certification for the manufacturing of relevant works,
and in Anagrafe Nazionale della Ricerca (code number F01314YX), Italian
State recognition of the Company's internal Research and Development department.
OMNIATEX during these years has developed specific research programs
in the field, both on chemical and physical processes and on plant technology,
on their own and in collaboration with important Italian and foreign University
Institutes and with the National Research Committee (CNR) and the National
Energy Agency (ENEA), too. The Company has an unique software to evaluate
adsorption and regeneration of activated carbon, software developed for
the Italian CNR, and still the only one in this sector that allows the
evaluation of a single carbon working with one or more specific solvents.
The Technical Director has a Master in Safety and Firefighting
by CFPA Europe (Confederation of Fire Protection Agencies) for explosion
zones, enabling the signature of a certified rapport in 14 European Nations.

Since several years have been operating in Europe,
Asia and America, small and large plants fabricated by OMNIATEX which have
allowed the recovery and the reutilization of millions solvents tons. These
plants are mainly in ITALY, SPAIN, GERMANY, NEDERLAND, BELGIUM, DENMARK,
SWEDEN, GREAT BRITAIN, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND, POLAND, GREECE, LATVIA, RUSSIA,
SOUTH AFRICA, MADAGASCAR, CHINA PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC, AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES,
CANADA, VENEZUELA, CHILE, JAPAN, CZECH and SLOVAKIA.
To realize their plants OMNIATEX
carry out a complete Engineering activity starting from Process development,
proceeding with civil works and with equipment fabrication and ending with
instrumentation and the supply of all utilities necessary to the plant.
Beside this Engineering activity
OMNIATEX is the only company in Europe, in its field, which
owns a well equipped workshop with high technology machinery that allows
the manufacturing of all kind of components for the chemical industry.
Items have been manufactured to comply with German TUV, French BUREAU DES
MINES, American ASME, Italian ISPESL, Swedish SA. Several welding procedures,
for several materials, have been certified by the above mentioned Institutes
and vessels have been manufactured, with the approval stamp, with working
pressure up to 100 bar (for the American company Monsanto).
OMNIATEX IMPIANTI CHIMICI SRL
has achieved, due to several plants and their state-of-the-art technology,
a position of leadership in organic and inorganic vapors' abatement, solvent
recovery, distillation, air flow control, heat recovery, energy saving,
water cooling and/or chilling and distilleries for drinking alcohol, due
to a long collaboration agreement with the oldest Italian leaders in this
field.
Omniatex's relevant position within the solvent recovery
field has been recognized in 1992 by the Italian Government that has granted
OMNIATEX a fund of € 200.000,00 to improve the research and construction
of a metal degreasing unit without any pollution in the working place and
without pollution of the environment.
OMNIATEX has built in 1983 the world biggest plant for
solvent recovery from flexible packaging printing (adsorption and two distillations
columns) that has recovered in less than 10 years, more than 30 millions
of kilograms of solvent, and in 1992 it has been supplied in France, to
a big American Corporation, an activated carbon recovery plant worth 3
millions of Euro, fully certified by APAVE for what is concerning pressure,
electrical part, consumption and emission; having a monthly recovery rate
of 280 tons of solvent at full capacity.
During 2002 Omniatex has supplied to the biggest Italy's
flexible Packaging Company the first tank farm approved in Italy for construction
above ground, with full certification of the local and Regional Firefighters
Departments.
OMNIATEX has distillation plants working at atmospheric
pressure or under vacuum, ranging from 1 to 4 fractionating columns, in
Italy, Spain, Sweden, Venezuela, CSI, China and Belgium, for such components
as Ethyl Acetate, iPropanol, Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone, Phthalate, Toluene,
Hexane and DMF.
