automatic distribution of hydrocarbons, mixtures, inks and any kind of fluids.

When hydrocarbon or hydrocarbons mixtures are
involved all the plant is conforming to the ATEX regulation.
The pumping station is supplying automatically the
feed of the fluid in the different shop departments, can make any type of
operation, with several pumps, between each tank and to perform automatically
the loading and unloading of the tankers.
Special car, during the design, is used to avoid that
the speed of the fluid inside the pumping pipe, produces an electrostatic
charge, very dangerous when a flammable liquid is pumped.

Full instrumentation prevents any overflow from a tank, sending the excess amount of liquid to a tank, of the same family, that can accept the extra quantity of flow. A special system for each tank prevent also that the accumulation of the absorbed water, settled by temperature difference, be sucked by a pump.

The power and control electrical panel is supplied
with a Touchscreen monitor with graphic pages and an LCD recorder. The plant
can be connected in a Netware loop to be commanded from far away and to send,
anywhere, all the operational data.
When the power supply is cut, special safety chains
allow emergency manual operation and the internal main safety of the panel is
Fail Safe. The panel can be located in a safe control room or even in a
dangerous area, being in this case, supplied in pressurized version with full
certification for the type of Zone where is located.
The special acid sewer system, always with settling
and fire breaker pits, is specially designed to avoid that spills and drains
can contaminate the environment. Several operations are controlled by safeties
that are affecting loading-unloading operations of the tanker, that is also checked
by a grounding measuring system and controlled by an inert gas safety system.
